We conduct a confidential survey and assessment of your business by asking individual staff members a series of open-ended questions designed to inform us as to your company's strengths and to help us identify problem areas, finding the best opportunities for improving your customer service, sales performance, and profitability.

After identifying where your greatest opportunities for improved performance exists, we work with you to design a consulting and training program to match your company goals, providing you with the specific instruction and tools you will need to repair problems and to take your company to the next level. 

Programs large and small.

Training programs might be tailored to a company-wide "Continuous Improvement Initiative" providing a comprehensive management, sales, and customer service program. Or, they might be targeted towards specific groups who might, for example, require a "Customer Service Basics" program or a special program to inspire and motivate sales personnel.

Healing old wounds.

Where morale and productivity suffer because of abrupt changes of company policy, personnel, or management methods, we act as a "trust catalyst" among various groups who are in conflict while providing simple strategies for reducing stress and improving motivation throughout the company.
