What we do.

We facilitate both on-site and off-site meetings of Boards of Directors, management teams, and problem-solving groups to assure that their time is spent creatively and productively and that meetings conclude with agreement on an effective plan of action. 

Envisioning.

Oftentimes, these meetings focus on realizing a vision for the organization and on identifying concrete steps to achieve this vision. Meetings are designed to allow staff members to redirect their work efforts and to feel that their time has been productive.
